Co-Curricular Activities
Learning outside of the classroom is integral to our School curriculum. Each term classes will spend a day either outside of School, or in a workshop underpinning their learning. As an example Year 3 have been to ‘Horrible Histories’ live at Richmond theatre as part of their Egyptians topic, and spent a day at the ‘Living Rainforest’ during the Spring term. More information on our co-curricular trips can be found on the curriculum pages. In addition to class visits based on our topics of learning children can choose to attend an after school club every day. Our teachers offer a range of co-curricular clubs after school to cater to many interests, from board games to multi-sports. In addition to these, we have multiple outside providers who supplement our club offering. These currently include LAMDA, football coaching, touch typing courses, judo and chess training.
In Year 5 children are offered the opportunity to go the Isle of Wight for a 3 day residential, and Year 6 go to Devon in their last term of Prep School.
