School News - 2018 GCSE and A Level Results

A Level Results: It's been another successful academic year at Ewell Castle School. We achieved a 99% pass rate at A Level and many of our students achieved their first choice university. The outstanding performances were from William Hadley who has been offered a place at Sommerville College Oxford to read Chemistry as well as Head Girl Margot Hiza who has an offer to study Medicine at the University of St Andrews. 76% of all A Level grades were A*-C, this being an 8% increase on the previous year. 46% of A Level grades were A*-B with the % of A* - A trebling over the last year.

Other students have offers which include the University of Exeter, London School of Economics, University of Warwick, the University of Bath and Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.
