Fundraising Winter Ball - Saturday 25th January 2020

Old Ewellians and their guests, family and friends are invited to join current parents, guardians, staff and governors to attend the Fundraising Winter Ball on Saturday 25th January 2020. 

The evening will commence with a drinks reception followed by a 3 course dinner, during which there will be a raffle, a silent auction and a live auction and a disco will follow thereafter.

The drinks reception will commence at 7pm and carriages will be at midnight.  Further details will be released nearer the time.

Venue: Glenmore House, 6 The Crescent, Surbiton, Surrey, KT6 4BN

 

Tickets:  Tickets for this popular event which does not take place every year have previously sold out.  To ensure you are not left disappointed, please book early.  Tickets are available to purchase via bank transfer (adding OE Ball as the reference) at £65.00 per person and include; a welcome glass of prosecco upon arrival, a 3 course meal, half a bottle of wine per person and a disco.  Non alcoholic alternative drinks will be available for guests who do not wish to drink alcohol.  

Tables:  Tables will be of 10 people each.  Some will be 'open/mixed' tables and others will be specific tables for Old Ewellians, year groups, staff etc. Unless you email Carol Hernandez otherwise, you will be allocated a seat/s at an Old Ewellians table.  If you would like to ensure you are seated with particular people, please email Carol Hernandez at c.hernandez@ewellcastle.co.uk and indicate the names of those you wish to be seated with.

Menu choices and any special dietary requirements: Please email Carol Hernandez with your menu choice, indicating Menu A or Menu B and for those with any special dietary requirements, please indicate what these are.

Menu A: Fish and Meat

Starter: Glenmore Salmon Fishcakes with Lemon & Lime Creme Fraiche

Main Course: Chargrilled Cornfed Chicken with Pearl Potato, Sunblushed Tomato, Asparagus & Chorizo & artisan bread roll and butter

Dessert: Raspberry Cream filled Profiteroles with White Chocolate Sauce

Filter Coffee with a Glenmore Chocolate

Menu B: Vegetarian

Starter: Caramelised Red Onion Tart topped with Baked Goats Cheese

Main Course: Sweet Potato & Coconut Curry served with Spiced Jasmine Rice & artisan bread roll and butter

Dessert: Raspberry Cream filled Profiteroles with White Chocolate Sauce

Filter Coffee with a Glenmore Chocolate
