Nursey and Reception Application deadlines for September 2023

A completed application form (available on the website) should be emailed to the Admissions Department admissions@ewellcastle.co.uk along with copies of the pupil’s most recent school report and either their passport or birth certificate. The registration fee can be paid via bank transfer using the following details:

Nursery to Year 6
Applications are welcomed throughout the year.
We currently have a few places available throughout our Prep School, please contact admissions@ewellcastle.co.uk.
Nursery
Your child will have a Taster Session in our Nursery the term before they are due to start to enable us to informally assess their readiness to join.
Reception to Year 6
Your child will be invited to have a Taster Day with their current year group which will include assessments through observation in the classroom (younger years) and assessments in Maths and English. (Years 1-6).

£125 for all years

Fees are reviewed annually.
Currently we do not offer school transport. From September 2024 we will be introducing a School minibus service from Year 3.
Routes will be published in due course.
We offer the 15 hours Funded Early Education for children aged 3 or 4. The School does not offer the 30 hours Funded Childcare. Please see the Surrey County Council Website for further information.
We aim to have approximately 15-20 pupils per class.
School starts at 08:30am and finishes at 15:30pm. There is Early Morning Care available from 07:50am - 08:25am at Chessington Lodge. After School Care runs until 18:00pm and is based at Glyn House.
