In view of the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which takes effect on Friday 25th May 2018, we have updated our Privacy Notice which details how we collect, store and handle your personal data to reassure you that your data is safe with us.
Why we ask Ewellians to update their contact details
We request Ewellians to update their contact details including email address so that we can update the alumni database. We send out regular (usually every two months) emails to all those on the alumni database with updates on School reunions, sporting and social events and occasionally with information on fundraising developments at Ewell Castle School. It is rare for promotional materials to be posted to alumni, so email addresses are vital to us.
