One of our Senior School pupils attended the O2 Tennis VIP day last week. He was lucky enough to be coached by Pat Cash and then watched Rafa Nadal play.

Support your School House: Castlemaine, Essex or Raleigh, with this charity House competition in support of Shelter and The Children's Trust. A good tip is to put coppers in your own House money bottle as they count as positive & put 5p and bigger value coines and notes which count as negative in the other bottles.
The winning house will be the one with the most. It is therefore good game…

The Mayor of Epsom and Ewell Borough Council congratulated us, for the manner in which our a group of pupils conducted themselves during the Borough's annual Armistice Service in Epsom town centre on Wednesday. The Mayor said the pupils were "a credit to the school." We would like to thank the Facebook group "What's on in Epsom" for permission to use the photograph.

The annual Remembrance Service was held at Ewell Castle School this morning. Pupils, staff and invited guests from Chessington Lodge, Glyn House and The Castle were involved in the service. In the Summer Term of 2015, Ewell Castle School pupils submitted their work for the Young Writers' 'Grim Tales' mini saga competition - imaginative writing with the added challenge of a 100 word limit. Work which was selected for publication was based on imagination, perception, expression and creative use of language and will be published in 'Grim Tales - Across the Globe' in January. It should now be easier to spot our Senior School Head Boy, his deputies and our Prefects around the School, as they should now all be wearing their smart new lapel badges.
