Ewell Castle School Tennis Academy
The Ewell Castle School Tennis Academy is a scholarship scheme that includes elite level tennis and coaching with an independent school tailored curriculum.  The Tennis Academy Coaching Programme is fully funded by Ewell Castle School.  Whilst not entitling the tennis scholar to money off the School fees, they may apply for a financial bursary and the following scholarships: Art, Photography (Sixth Form only), DT, Drama, Music, Academic (for Sixth Form).  The Sports Scholarship is not available to those on the Tennis Academy.  A pupil may be either a Ewell Castle School Tennis Scholar OR a member of the Ewell Castle Tennis Academy.

Ewell Castle School Tennis Academy offers an intensive tennis programme aimed at pupils from Years 6-13 and offers specialist weekly training, hours dependent on their ranking.  This consists of technical work, tactics and match play as well as strength and conditioning work. Pupils are also given individual targets and goal setting and are offered full tournament planning and support.  We currently enjoy a ranking of 2nd nationally, and are now regarded as one of the best school tennis academies in the UK.  We hold a wide variety of titles, including:

- 18U Surrey League - Surrey Boys Winter Cup #2 18U Boys Nationals
- 15U Surrey League - 18U Boys Surrey Festival #2 15U Boys Nationals
- 13U Boys Surrey Festival - 18U Girls Surrey Festival

Pupils who join the Ewell Castle School Tennis Academy programme will be full members of the School community. Ewell Castle School is situated in the green, leafy enclave of Ewell Village, in Surrey.  They will all follow the core academic subjects of English, Mathematics and Science but will then have some flexibility to drop some other subjects in order to free up time to train. The actual curriculum arrangement will be bespoke to the individual in consultation with parents and coaching staff.

Applicants will then be informed of the outcome of their application once Ewell Castle School has the results of all three separate procedures (1. Ewell Castle School academic entry requirements plus 2. Ewell Castle School Tennis Academy entry criteria plus 3.
